At the end of his life Yaakov blesses his children. When Yosef brings his sons to be blessed Yaakov crosses his hands so that the older son was on the left and the younger on the right as the younger one would end up being greater than the older.
We made crossed hands
1. Almond dough:
1/2 c margarine melted
4 c powdered sugar
2 TBSP soymilk
2 drops almond extract
Beat all ingredients together until it reaches a workable consistency (it should be almost like play dough – add more powdered sugar to make it thicker).
2. Shape the almond dough into hands and stick a skewer in. Leave a few hours to harden.
3. Melt peach cholate and dip “hands” in.
