In Parshas Vaeira Moshe tells Pharaoh to let the Jews leave. Pharoah refuses so Hashem brings the first 7 of the 10 plagues on Egypt.
We made a cookie to represent each of the 10 plagues (even though only the first 7 occurred this week)

1 – Make a batch of sugar cookies (I used the below recipe for black and white cookies)
Black and White Cookies:
2 Sticks Margarine
2/3 c sugar
2 tsp Vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
3 c flour
Cream margarine and sugar then add rest of ingredients.
Bake at 375 for 10 min – DO NOT OVER BAKE

2 – Prepare 3 color icings, black, white, and green. Here are the recipes I used:
White Icing:
