In Parshas Haazinu Bnei Yisroel are warned not to stray from Hashem and the Torah. If they do not listen they will be consumed by fire. We made red and orange sherbet to represent the fire.

Orange Sherbet:
Bring 2 quarts of water and 1 c of sugar to a boil.
Stir in 4 c orange juice and bring to a boil
Stir in 2 packages orange jello
Freeze for a few hours, then whisk and refreeze.

Strawberry Sherbet:
20 oz frozen strawberries
1 1/2 c orange juice
1/4 c lemon juice
1 c sugar
Blend all ingredients in a blender and freeze, after a few hours re-blend and freeze again.
