Parshas Nasso reviews the laws of a Nazir – someone who takes upon themselves additional laws and restrictions. Some of these laws include not cutting their hair and not drinking wine. We made grapes to represent the wine the Nazir does not drink.

Nasso 6:3
1- Make a chocolate cake to use for cake pops. You can use any cake recipe, it should just be a moist cake not a dry one.
Chocolate Cake
2 2/3 c flour
1 1/8 c cocoa
2 1/4 tsp baking soda
3 eggs
3/4 c oil
1 1/2 c boiling water
3 c sugar
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 45 min.

1 1/8 c cocoa

3/4 c oil
1 1/2 c boiling water
3 c sugar
2 1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla extract
Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350 for 45 min.
2- Make a chocolate frosting using powdered sugar, cocoa, and hot water.
3- Crumb the cake and combine with the frosting so its sticky, then form balls
4- Dip skewer into melted chocolate and then into ball. Wait until the chocolate has a chance to harden before continuing so the balls don\’t fall right off the sticks.
5- Dip the cake end of the skewer into a cup of melted chocolate, shake off excess and add purple sprinkles.
6- Poke a thin pretzel rod into one of the pops and using a toothpick, secure a green sour belt as a leaf.
